Story:

After years of scraping by with an ad hoc referral setup we wanted to build a legetimate program and be able to quantify and reward our biggest fans. We wanted to give sales an enablement tool for lead gen and engage with customers.

Story:

During 2020 we couldn't get our field reps out to properties to measure customer's windows. People were spending more time at home and had a greater need for home comfort. Customers didn't want outsiders in their homes and many didn't have the ability to measure due to safety or tool resources.

Solution:

Window prices generally don't change within 6" increments so I came up with the idea that we could estimate window sizes with a standard 8.5" x 11" sheet of paper and mobile phone picture. I brought the idea up with our in-house developer at the watercooler and we had a field-ready prototype within a few days.
